NEXUS OS

Privacy Policy

Data Integrity & User Sovereignty Protocols

01. Data Collection & Usage

Nexus OS operates on a principle of minimal data retention. We collect only the telemetry strictly necessary to maintain the integrity of the command center and its fanned-out sub-platforms. This includes system latencies, heartbeat signals, and deployment metadata.

No personal identifiable information (PII) is harvested or stored during the standard operation of the Health Aggregator engine.

02. Third-Party Protocols

Our aggregator communicates with independent platforms (Accounting, Sales, Operations, HR). These communications are server-to-server and occur within a secure, encrypted tunnel. We do not expose your browser data to these sub-platforms.

03. User Sovereignty

You retain complete sovereignty over any configurations stored within the Nexus environment. You may request a complete diagnostic purge of your system metadata at any time through the security console.
